Не работают опции RewriteCond

Options +FollowSymLinks

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.site.by
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://site.by/$1 [R=301,L]


Ставил по мануалу на сайте, но директивы в .htaccess не работают возможно чтото с модулем mod_rewrite
Кто то подскажет решение проблемы

Укажите вашу ОС и используемые шаблоны для apache и nginx

Операционная система CentOS 6.5 64bit
Cтавил так:

curl -O http://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh

# Run it

bash vst-install.sh -d

работает на php 5.3

А шаблоны то какие используете для apache и nginx ?

Трудно сказать, те что идут в стандартной Joomla, файл .htaccess
Больше похоже на Apache, на хостинге CPanel Все работало, без дополнительных настроек.

Какие шаблоны вы используете в панели управления в настройках веб-домена для apache и nginx

Шаблон Apache : default
Поддержка Nginx Галочка не стоит.

У пользователя, от него созданы все сайты:
Поддержка Nginx: да
Шаблон Nginx: default

Выставить шаблон для apache нет галочки такой ...

Пользователь использует пакет: Default

Что выставить правильно ??

Больше похоже на Apache, на хостинге CPanel Все работало, без дополнительных настроек.

После установки Vesta ничего дополнительно настраивать не нужно. Всё должно работать "из коробки", в том числе и редиректы.
Проверил ваш htaccess - всё работает.
А ЧПУ на сайте работают ?
