Ограничение на коннект?

Здравствуйте есть три БД, к двум из них коннект при обращении идет нормально, коннект удаленный базы БД сидят на другом ВДС. А вот третья база ругается на такую ошибку

С игрового сервера Контр-Страйк, плагин статистики запрашивает данные с ВДС где находятся три базы, как и писал выше две коннект все гуд, эта нефига не хочет)))
Че делать помогите.

Если 178.170.189.6 это адрес сервера который к базе подключается извне, то стоит проверить - есть ли в my.cnf (как правило, /etc/my.cnf ) опция
