Настройка времени сервера

Есть ли возможность изменить часовой пояс в панели? а то я такой мелочной возможности не смог найти.

Server -> Configure (шестеренка) -> Time Zone

Спасибо. Видел эту настройку раньше. Не внимательный что-то совсем я стал :)

В настройках сервера стоит ewropa/moskow и время правильное
Ещё не могу загрузить файл -
