Issue with IPs being lost on reboot

Post by ApplePi » Wed Oct 16, 2019 12:48 pm

When I reboot the server all IPs in the ngingx configs are wiped and I cannot access 8083 or any of the web services. The server is getting its IP from DHCP so I'm guessing there isn't enough time for it to be allocated IPs before it rewrites the configs with empty IPs?

Kind regards,

Try setting the IPs statically.

On servers it is not recommended to use DHCP to receive IPs.
