Error while downloading file from hosted website from vesta?

I have a site hosted from vesta cp in centos vps. whenever i try to download/export excel file from my site it gives error saying "This site can’t be reached". Is there any configuration that i need to do in vesta for downloading purpose?? Download works perfectly in local. Also, when i see the error log for website in vesta cp, there is this error:
PHP Warning: Unknown: Cannot destroy the zip context in Unknown on line 0,referrer
