Error: nginx start failed during new install VestaCP CentOS 7

Hi doing new install of VestaCP and getting the following error near end of the install...

Note: Forwarding request to 'systemctl enable nginx.service'.
Created symlink from /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/nginx.service to /usr/lib/systemd/system/nginx.service.
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start nginx.service
Job for nginx.service failed because a timeout was exceeded. See "systemctl status nginx.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
Error: nginx start failed
[root@host tmp]#

I see in some thread CentOS 7 not supported but those threads was old. Can someone confirm if CentOS 7 fully supported?

Thanks!

@XoXiLhJ0mn thanks for the reply... However, the install never completes. It falls short from saying install successful and providing the vestacp admin password. There's a banner message that gets generated with the credentials to login to panel - that never comes up due to error.

Yeah so based on what you saying the install is broken and doesn't yet install cleanly.
Then, try to change the admin password from the bash monitor to be able to login into the web interface.
Can you share some example how to do this??? Not a linux or vesta expert.
I have modified the centos 7 installer. I patched the installer from build 16 BEFORE even trying once. Thus, I never noticed an error. My installer does not use $vpass for mysql and admin password.
Don't know how to do the above any good docs you can refer me too on how to do this? If one has to go through these extra steps to get it working then this is a bad release. I just PM you please check. Again, thanks for your help! I wish the VestaCP support team can shed some comments/feedback to these post. Getting a bit frustrated with this recent release. May have to ditch it for virtualmin or something else.

Hi, this is what I get:

[root@host ~]# systemctl enable vesta.service
-bash: systemctl: command not found
[root@host ~]# systemctl start vesta.service
-bash: systemctl: command not found

I also rebooted....

Hi XoXiLhJ0mn, Here's the output your requested below. I really appreciate your help here in the forum.

[root@]# whereis systemctl
systemctl:
[root@]# whereis journalctl
journalctl:
[root@]# whereis vesta
vesta: /usr/local/vesta
[root@]# journalctl -x
-bash: journalctl: command not found
[root@]#
