I installed VestaCP successfully on CentOS 6 on Google Cloud Server. After I installed, my console screen appeared address to access VestaCP was IP Address on LAN. I used other server on same LAN network and connect successfully by browser with localIP:8083. But I cannot access from Internet to ExternalIP:8083.
How I solve it?
Thank you for read.

you have to port forward Port 80 on your router to the local IP of your VestaCP machine

There is some firewall or something to forward ports?

Sorry I missed that !!
You need to open port 8083 in your Security Groups Firewall...
