Restoring server - what next please? (possible bug?)

Hi,

My problems began when I added an alias to a web domain through the CP, nothing more, I'm wondering if this is a possible bug?

I thought I had a corrupt DNS entry, "named restart failed " ... and was advised to run "User > Rebuild Web" for all users.

All my websites now appear live with "It worked! Powered by VESTA" appearing.

I was unable to use the the restore function in the Control Panel as I get "An existing restoration task is already running. Please wait for it to finish before launching it again".

It was like this for 2 hours, so I assumed there was a problem the restoring.

I then cleared the backup pipe file, and then was able to re-add a restore, but it is not executing.

So now all my websites are non operating. :-(

I have tried a 'v-restore-user' from the command line for the DNS, but there's an error:

Error: named restart failed
Error: DNS restart failed

(I also assume this is why the restore from the CP didnt run)

I then noticed an oddity? See below ... in <> (I added <>)

------------------------------------------
$TTL 14400
@ IN SOA ns0.myhost.com. <..> (
2016100304
7200
3600
1209600
180 )

Would I be right in thinking it should be <root.mydomain.co.uk.> ?

Thanks,

Dale.
