Os: CentOS 6x
Web: apache + nginx
Auto Local Backup

I wish to save all auto backup files on another folder that is shared from windows server on local network. is it possible??

like : \\MIAN-PC\backup

Then you must find out how to install samba centos and configure. I don't think that the standard tools panel will give to configure. (samba)
Use Remote backup to config.

Not sure what you want. But if I understand you right you want to store backups on another machine than the server itself?

In that way you set up a ftp server on your windows server and using 'remote backup'.

If this wasn't what your looking for and you're having a samba server on your network, than you can mount the shared folder on your server and change backup directory to the mounted folder. ex /mnt/your-smb-share
