I am trying to add IP subnet 1.2.3.4/24 to VESTA CP but it is not getting added. No error, no dialog still IPs not getting added.

I checked log as well. nothing is there.

Can anybody help me out how to add a subnet of 256 IPs?

moreover, I have created mail domains and accounts as well. when i am trying to access it on roundcube email it is generating an error

"CONFIGURATION ERROR

config.inc.php was not found.
Please read the INSTALL instructions!"

when i change permission of this file to 755. login page is loading fine but after entering credentials , it is generating error "no data exists".

can anybody help me out please?

I don't think VestaCP supports that... Only Individual IPs are added. But I shall wait to hear from Imperio and Skurudo

No, I am talking about main server. I have a dedicated server with 256 ips. how to add them to server in order to start getting ping(work).

You seem to be setting up Bulk mailing server, you don't need to add all of these IPs to VestaCP.
You will need to learn how to rotate IPs manually in Exim... something an average webServer never needs actually.

Good luck
