Vestacp doesnt work after Centos 7 full restore

Hi i did a backup with rsnapshot from "/" folder.

After i installed a fresh centos 7 installation

Finally i use this code to restore the full backup.

rsync --progress -avz /backup/ /

The problem is the website is not online and vesta doesnt work, but the files look ok.

I took this error

rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1052) [sender=3.0.9]

Please, someone cna help me? i dont know whats happened


vesta, nginx, php-fpm, memcached, varnish are down after restore.

I started each one, but stil doesnt work the web.
