SSH port change - but cant connect to the server

HI,
I Changed SSH port from /etc/ssh/sshd_config
I restarted the servicer
added it on vestacp firewall

but i cant access the server via ssh

After change setting, You should restart the service has relation.
Here is SSH, so restart ssh service.
Try this:
---
service sshd restart
---
