will Vestacp upgrade automatically to php 7.1 when support for 5.6 drops in December?

I am asking as I upgraded to 7.1 and my websites and phpmyadmin is working but Roundcube won't let me log in as a user so I installed Rainloop and I can login to the admin section but like Roundcube it won't let me log in as a user.

UPDATE: got it working by using another users post by doing the following:
edit /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf using vim/vi/nano (whatever you prefer)

Add the following:
namespace inbox {
inbox = yes
}

When you all will understand about Vesta CP just is assistant, not a solution that will become an administrator for you? For use Vesta, like for use any another Hosting Control Panel, first you need to have some server administration expirience. Vesta CP not a Joomla, Notepad or Need For Speed!
If you cant control your server - you need to hire specialists.

On the issue: Vesta CP dont related to any server software, included php.

When Vestacp installs it installs php 5.6 which is soon going to be outdated, along with Roundcubemail ...so the writers will have to upgrade to a supported version of php that works with whatever mailer they install. This is not asking for anything special this is just the reality of any software that wants to stay current. If you can't upgrade to a current version of php with out breaking something that others as well as myself have found no clear answer to then it is a problem for the writers to address. I write apps for android and windows and as software upgrades and moves along I am forced to move along with it or be left behind. I have been managing servers for a while now and usually use ssh terminal to address things, and the problem with upgrading php in Vesta without breaking Roundcube has many people stumped so if you are so inclined maybe you can give us all an answer. In closing, other panels have already addressed php upgrades and hopefully Vestacp will soon as well.

Vesta just install DEFAULT versions from DEFAULT repositories.
Vesta just assistant, not a your system administrator. You should manage your server software manually, Vesta is meant for another.

Are you some kind of a loon? If I wanted a panel to control my servers I wouldn't be using Vesta..it is a bare minimum panel and I have to do any site work in terminal as it is. I use it because it is light. I suspect you are using php 5.6 and have no idea of how to upgrade without breaking Roundcube or whatever is breaking to cause this. The best I can come up with is a problem with mod_php. I am using nginx+php-fpm and was hoping someone may have the answer here. What do you think a forum is for aside from asking and answering questions from others? Look around at other posts and grow up. That is how we all learn and I have used Vesta for a few years and only had need to join this forum a few days ago with my own questions but have gotten a few answers over the years from other's posts. By now the current default php I gather would be 7.1. Other panels are allowing for upgrade as after December php 5.6 will not be supported and already there is software that demands at least 7 ..so you say Vestacp is still going to install 5.6 then? You are not half as smart as you think you are. Learn what a forum is about before you make ridiculous comments.
