Can't install vesta on centos 7 yum error

I'm tryinf make a fresh install but get this error:
Failed:
initscripts.x86_64 0:9.49.24-1.el7 initscripts.x86_64 0:9.49.47-1.el7
Complete¡
Error: yum update failed
