IPTABLES FAILED ON VESTA INSTALLATION

During Vesta installation on CentOS6 64 bit OpenVZ 7, I get the following error

iptables: Unloading modules: iptable_nat iptable_security iptable_mangle iptable_raw iptable_filter iptable_nat iptable_security iptable_mangle iptable_raw ip[FAILED]lter ip_tables

This usually happens on the CentOS6 64 bit OpenVZ 7 template. I usually install on CentOS6 64 bit OpenVZ 6 and it goes smoothly.

Please I need a fix. Thanks
