How can i change the server mail to an outside smtp

So i have my server at home, it is a lot cheaper and i have a 1gbps connection, and for a 40core lenovo workstation with 254GB of ram it is really cheaper to have it locally.
it runs properly for free (17€ of electricity per month), since my ip only changes every 6 months all i do is run a script every few minutes that checks if the ip changed and updates on cloudflare under a masked ip. This runs perfectly for 4 years now, the only problem is that the server is under a dynamic ip and i have datacenter servers that can have a subdomain with the domain MX.
This is probably nothing new for many people here so i'm just asking what is the best way to say to VESTACP and Centos7 that my SMTP server runs on another ip so that i can get the normal emails including centos root notifications, vesta emails etc.

thanks in advance
