Folder Permission incorrect or not?

Hello I was wondering if its normal that certain Dirs are owned only by user root and not by user admin

I disabled login for user root, so all access has to be done with sudo, I think this should be fixed to respect what ever settings we have setup for prior to Vesta.

I want to know why some folders are owned by root and others by admin, because if its not important I'll change the permissions to suit my needs. How ever I think maybe you did it for security, in that case I would leave them as is.
