Server resources limit for users

Hello, I want to share my server with another person in half. I mean, my server has 32GB RAM, so 16GB for me and 16GB for another person. I've created new user, gave him login details, so the main problem is how to limit resources for users?

In current version you can limit hdd disk (quota) and bandwidth, but there is no limits for memory and cpu (yet, may be this will be in paid version - reseller module, dunno). You can try limit users with limits.conf or scripts like cpulimit, but I think it's not good idea.

I see that are discutions about a payed version. Do you have idea how much we will pay for one year license? I think is ok to know an estimative price so we can decide if we can afford it or not.
