after update to 0.9.8 release 14 my websites slow & unstable

Hi.

I updated to version 0.9.8 release 14 and i like the new design but i think this make my websites slow & unstable:
all my website slow.
And for example: when i add a post (with main picture) this
take to long time to upluad it (23kb) , right after that i
type some words and Wordpress (in the Back office) said
"the connection lost" ont the top of page..

what i need to do ?
