Support Vesta Panel
We have a dedicated server at OVH configured with Vesta Panel and Ubuntu Server.
This server has a major issue, all emails sent go to the recipient's
email spam folder.
We've tried everything, but we can not resolve this issue so far.
We would like to know, if we subscribe to the "Basic Package For
Occasional Tech Support" plan, we are guaranteed to solve this
problem, even if you have to access the server's operating system.

Such email problems can not simply be solved. You IP / server needs to build a reputation. This is not a setting that you need to change. Check your server with mxtoolbox.com on blacklisting.

You can check if your IPs are in the Spamhaus directory too https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ if they are marked as spam your mails will be sent to a spam folder.
