Install Moodle (moodledata folder)

1. You cannot chmod that dir to 777 because of permissions inheritance. Move the folder to /home/admin/moodledata instead so you can properly CHMOD it to 777.
2. Add /home/admin/moodledata to your open_basedir. If you are running ssl, the file you should edit is sapache2.conf and not apache2.conf.
