[FileManager] Limit with the upload size?

Hi,

From last update I have a problem uploading files with a weight superior of 9.54mb, how I can fix it? FileSystemQuota is disabled, and I have a lot of disk space.

PD: I can upload without problem with ssh but isn't the idea.
