Let's Encrypt not working after latest updates

The whole problem started with automatic renewal of Let's Encrypt certificates before they expire. The certificates just expired and i was unable to renew them. Tried everything but failed, then in the end i disabled Let's Encrypt on the domain and tried requesting for a new certificate. These problems occured:
Error: LetsEncrypt challenge request
Error: unknownHost :: No valid IP addresses found

Somehow after fixing the problem. I requested for a new certificate.

But after 4-5 days a new error started occurred:
Error: Let's Encrypt validation status 400
Currently this error appears every time i request a new certificate. And automatic renewal of expiring certificates is not working. Please help because i have gone through the forums in the last week but i cannot seem to fix it.

Currently using:
Vesta 0.9.8-24
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Nginx + PHP-FPM

Hey +1 on this one. Same thing has happened to me and all my auto renewals for LetsEncrypt SSL are failing. I also get 400 errors when trying to apply LetsEncrypt to new websites.

Is there any solution for this or something that has been misconfigured?

After updates to Vesta still i was having problems. But i found out that CDN was causing this problem. If CDN is creating a proxy for your domain or sub-domain to hide DNS records than Let's Encrypt will not work on Vesta. Let CDN manage only DNS.
