Internal vesta error [SOLVED]

hi

we have a problem with our VESTA panel and we don't know what happened.

Is not problem of enough disk or something. I've checked error log and I see:

PHP message: PHP Warning:  require_once(/usr/local/vesta/web/inc/i18n/.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/vesta/web/login/index.php on line 111

I've noticed some people posted related errors but still no way to fix this.

Fixed...was a problem with broken sudo.

Та же ошибка.
Запуск восстановить sudo - ничего не дало.
Ошибка появилась после попытки обновить ядро Ubuntu с 14.04 на 16

Try to downgrade disr.

I'm sorry @skurudo

I have not updated to the new Ubuntu, because there were errors but the VestaCP doesn't give me access to the admin-panel.

And another question: how to upgrade VestaCP from the console to a newer version? I'll lost all settings?

There is command:
v-update-sys-vesta-all
Settings - no, but if you made some custom changes in files - you will lost those.

Sorry for delay. NOT SOLVED
Now, I can't sign in to the administration panel, all time the incorrect password.

I checked the password via v-check-user-password - everything is OK. But I still can't sign in :'(
