Webserver eats config, Backups not running

Hello,
vesta has some huge issues on my Debian 8 server.
First it eats his own configs when using web panel, which is so annoying, that i am scared to make any click their and just using it with backups before.
It really just eats parts of his nginx configs and crashes so many sites.
-----
Backup cronjob not working
Now I see that about 15 days could not be a backup completed, only log hint is this:
/usr/local/vesta/func/domain.sh: Zeile 246: 3
549: Syntaxfehler im Ausdruck. (Fehlerverursachendes Zeichen ist \"549\").
So just WTF, I will look for a working alternative!
