Cannot access VestaCP on port 8083 after fresh installation
Hi everyone,
I did exactly the same thing on this instruction: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... untu-14-04
1. Create a fresh Droplet with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS x64
2. Run as root, download the installation script, run it (version 18)
3. After running, I can telnet to port 8083 from the console
4. But when browing to https://[server_ip]:8083 from my local computer, it doesn't response.
I have tried to disable UFW firewall. I have also tried to create an instance on AWS EC2 and set all ports as public accessible in the Security Group. All is having this problem. Cannot access https://[server_ip]:8083 - server not responding.
Please help!!

Hi, what about firewall in the amazon web panel?
Do you have port 8083 in the amazon firewall ?

I have set all ports as public on AWS.
This issue is very easy to reproduce. Just create a fresh instance on AWS and install VestaCP on it. Then try to connect to port 8083 from your local machine.

This seems to be a bug on the newest VestaCP. Please anyone look into this?
