How to update non working vesta-cp after upgrade on ubuntu 18.04

Don't found any information about it, but already saw on GitHub the installer on version that supports 18.04 system. Please explain how can I update to it if service vesta is not starting? And can I already update to it or it need to wait the release?

Perhaps first trouble shoot why your vestaCP ain't starting?
