Clamav and mail error!!!

Hi all,
Can someone help with this issue CLAMAV is not starting and I'm getting this error:
"ExecStart=/usr/sbin/clamd --foreground=true (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)"
For two days I have searched this forum and many other sources, but wasn't able to find any solution
Any ideas?
