We are happy to announce that Vesta is back under active development as of 25 February 2024. We are working on v1 candidate and expect to engage more with the community over the coming months. We are committed to open source, and we encourage contributors to help us build the future of Vesta.
Support for Debian 11 just released
Support for Debian 11 just released
myVesta is Debian fork of VestaCP that is under active development by me.
Focused on security and stability, with security improvements and fixes.
Support for Debian 11 is just released.
We are pretty sure that this is the first hosting panel that has support for Debian 11.
Keep in mind that support for Debian11 is still in testing phase.
(by the way, Debian11 is not released yet)
You can install Debian11 and then follow instructions from https://www.myvestacp.com/#how-to-install in order to install myVesta.

Re: Support for Debian 11 just released
And due to the help of @dpeca, hestia will support Debian 11 also as soon as mariadb and nginx will add the bullseye support to their repos. https://github.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/tr ... 11_support
So I would count that as Nr. 2 of the control panels goes to Hestia ;).

Re: Support for Debian 11 just released
Yes, nginx still not built bullseye build, so I just skipped nginx repo in installer, and install nginx from bullseye repo... I guess bullseye repo also has fresh version of nginx.ScIT wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 12:46 pmAnd due to the help of @dpeca, hestia will support Debian 11 also as soon as mariadb and nginx will add the bullseye support to their repos. https://github.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/tr ... 11_support
MariaDB is 10.5, I guess it's relatively fresh too :)
Re: Support for Debian 11 just released
Skipped aswell the nginx repo, but mariadb provides stable 10.6 for "sid", so basicly Deb11 RC2. We'll wait until the official release of bullseye until we will provide support for it.
