Fresh Install = url:8083 = 400 Bad Request

Just installed this control panel, everything went smooth.. I got the url for the control panel, admin and password, then this message shows..

400 Bad Request

The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port

Is there a way around this?

Oh wow.. I've been working on the new server for about 12 hours..

How could I forget https://
