VESTACP as a subdomain

Post by mklynx » Fri Mar 27, 2015 11:56 am

HI all

I have been looking around but i can not find the answer to the following problem.
I installed VESTACP (on UBUNTU) and i am very happy with it. But i work in a enviroment where they block almost every port. So i can not get to VESTACP from my work. The normal web ports are open.

So i was thinking i just create a subdomain and route that in the server self to localhost:8083.
I have not been able to get this to work.

Is there anybody who can help me with this.

MK

Hello..

Here is nginx config - /usr/local/vesta/nginx/conf/nginx.conf
In this config you can choose server_name and listen port (don't forget add this port in firewall).
