Bug with user name

i added a new user (Handelsondernemingemmen) . vesta add the user but i can't make a database . but if i make a user that looks like this ( bbrink) it works ik kan make databases and stuff i hope you can fix this bug

the database user should be not longer than 16 characters (together with the prefix of user)

Handelsondernemingemmen is 23 characters long.
