Preseed installation issue

Hi!
I'm trying to install the control panel automatically through preseed on Ubuntu Server 14.04. I added a somewhat modified installation script into Initrd.gz. The script is copied to the /target/var/scripts then be launched. During installation I get an error:

Preseed - https://goo.gl/hKqzgw
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
