VESTA ProFTPD with TLS

I have replaced vsftpd with proftpd by reading http://vestacp.com/docs/#how-to-replace ... ian-ubuntu

It is working fine except security. So now i want to enable TLS because it is not secure and doing plan text authentication.

Please help.

vsftpd working fine whit tls, why change it ?
