Remote ftp backup error

I have 2 servers with Vestacp, when entering the user, FTP server and password get an error message : Error: invalid user format :: [email protected]

whereas before all went well, please help....

Try to use + instead of @

Unfortunately, Vesta has no settings. or ftp or sftp or 21 port or 22 port. Need to experiment.
