Hello. I need you to help me as I cannot migrate the entire site from my old shared hosting to my new VPS installed with the Vesta dashboard. FTP migration we can perform normally but the rest of the site such as emails I can not. Could you please help me because I am in here. Thank you very much in advance.

Use a script for imap-sync to move the emails between old and new mail server.
If you are new to servers and scripts, there is online-services (free) to do it for you. This one as one example: https://imapsync.lamiral.info/X/
