Standalone SFTP

I'm a noob. I was looking at the Vesta install page where it has dropdowns for all the elements you want to have in the script. My question is simple. Can Vesta be installed with "only" the ftp function? I'd buy the SFTP CHROOT and probably the file manager commercial plugins.

That said I would put this on a test set up, but I want to specify with chroot a new user with access to the folder I designate. i.e. /srv/domainname
