add ftp-user Proplem!

The problem is that, when create ftp-users more than 1 user (eg. ftp1,ftp2,ftp3)
ftp1 enable to logon into public_html, but (ftp2,ftp3) cannot see the public_html folder
they can see only /home/user/web/acb.com only

If i use ftp2,ftp3 to logon when i upload file into it, it's seem nothing in abc.com folder
you can see as the picture below

this one is the normal ( logon with --> ftp1)


this one is somethings wrong!!! ( logon with --> ftp2,ftp3)


Both ftp-user (ftp1,ftp2,ftp3) were config with the same destination path when create.


Is this a bug?
