High RAM Usage by Apache2
High RAM Usage by Apache2
Hi folks,
i'm running at my KVM server now for a month or so on vestacp,
lately there where some RAM spikes & it causing an 500error on the KVM,
the KVM has about 8GB of RAM & they Apache 2.2 on deb consumed more than that, is there a correct way to get apache mpm running without crashing vestacp & the php configs?
cheers

Re: High RAM Usage by Apache2
Guys, there is simple way - try to change settings for mysql / apache2. This is like memory overhead, try to use more simple settings in configs. You can use this config for mysql for start - viewtopic.php?f=14&t=5456#p14591 - and then reise or reduce value in config.

i might hive to wait for the Nginx hosting only version, the Apache2 ist spiking once in a while & consumes over 7gb ram from 8.3gb available.skurudo wrote:Guys, there is simple way - try to change settings for mysql / apache2.
