And you already have it: webmail - roundcube, pop-imap - dovecot, smtp - exim
Set up and use ;)

Afaik, iRedmail uses Posftix not Exim.
But other components the same - MySQL / SpamAssasin / ClamAV / Dovecot / RoundCube...
