Backups - problem displaying folders and files names on cyrillic

After extracting daily backup, files and folders with cyrillic names are displayed incorrectly.

For example: ╨Ч╨░╤П╨▓╨╗╨╡╨╜╨╕╨╡ ╨╖╨░ ╨║╨╛╨╜╨║╤Г╤А╤Б╨░ ╨╖╨░ ╨┤╨╛╨║╤В╨╛╤А╨░╨╜╤В╨╕.doc

Please help with an idea to solve the problem.

I used locale-gen bg_BG.UTF-8 and edit /etc/default/locale - change LANG="en_US.UTF-8" with LANG="bg_BG.UTF-8".
After service vesta restart everithyng was ok.
