Errors - Connection to Storage Server Failed

My email no longer works - I get the following errors when trying to login:

IMAP Error in /usr/share/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php (184): Login failed for [email protected] from 107.170.186.7(X-Real-IP: 12.174.198.253,X-Forwarded-For: 12.174.198.253). AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: * BYE Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.

Connection to storage server failed.
