I have made some tests to send mail to an overlimited mailbox :
- my correspondant did'nt received my mail
- as sender, I didn't received any message telling me my correspondant did'nt received the mail

What's wrong ?

OK I just have received a notification.
I think this delay normal.

Do you know if there is a possibility to internationalize this message ?
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its
recipients after more than 24 hours on the queue on server.domain.net.

The message identifier is: 1aXrYV-0003Nb-IS
The subject of the message is: heavy test
The date of the message is: Mon, 22 Feb 2016 15:29:49 +0100

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

[email protected]
Delay reason: mailbox is full

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.
