If can separate config virtual host every domain, easy for user editing.
Eg:
serveeping.com => serveeping.com.conf
thedom.com => thedom.com.conf

User should not edit this file manualy, as default they also hav'nt the permission to do it. Because after every user rebuild (v-user-rebuild or "Rebuild/Rebuild Web" in Webinterface), the config file will be overwritten with the new generated files.
Question: Why should a user modify this config file? A wrong modification can screw up your nginx or apache2 service and all websites would be down.

... and also bear in mind that if there is a syntax error in the config, it will crash the whole Apache/Nginx webserver and the "admin" would be going nuts who crashed it.
