Roundcube , DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! on Ubuntu 16.04

Dears ,
I have a new Azure VM running Ubuntu 16.04 , In installed VestaCP but when I try to login to an email account I get
RoundCube DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! .
I see that this is a know issue of VestCP and there is many article about this , but non of the articles applied to my case and I cant solve this Roundcube issue .
I appreciate if somebody give and step by step solution for Ubuntu 16.04
