Old Database Host Still Showing on Graph Page

Hey Folks,

I've driven myself mad with a very small problem over the last few weeks.

I've recently released a couple of database hosts from Vesta, and consolidated them into a much larger host. Things are running well, and I couldn't be happier.

However, for some reason the old hosts are still showing on the "Graphs" page. I've looked all over through the templates, and config files. I've grepped the individual hostnames for them everywhere I could think of, but nothing comes up.

Any direction you could provide would be a big help. I would just like to remove the old database hosts from the Graphs page.
