Has anyone got any experience whit FileRun file manager installing on vesta cp panel .

It's just php manager script for one site
Look in http://docs.filerun.com/hosting

You need php 5.5 or higher, ioncube and some changes in php.ini

Same way you can use some other scripts like php-files or owncloud and others.
Those not so good looking like FileRun, but some free at all without limitations.
