Recovery FTP Manager & SFTP CHROOT License

Hello,

I have buy Lifetime SFTP CHROOT and Lifetime WEB FILE MANAGER in December 2016,
but I accidentally lost my License when I deleted all my email incoming messages.
Can I recover my license key?

I've sent an email and proof of payment in the email attachment to "info@vestacp.com" 2 days ago, but no answer.
Can someone help me?
