v-update-sys-rrd-mem fails Memory Graphs not working on Ubuntu 16.04

Hello
weird,
i installed vesta successfully several times each time with a new server installation with

sometimes memory graphs work - sometimes not!
i cannot figure out why not this time

i have seen on debian it works but ubuntu not!! always
