(Most likely) after accidentally turning on the disk quota, the centos began to boot into emergency mode. There are already a lot of data and work sites on this system. How to fix the situation, help!

I have the same problem in one of my servers everytime I reboot it start in read-only mode. I don't know why to solve my problem I ran the following command:
mount --options remount,rw /
Attention only run this command if you have the same problem. I'm using centos 7.
